Fern potato

Fern potatoes are hard, fleshy nodules found on some kinds of ferns. They look, function, and taste very similar to normal potatoes, ranging from the size of good caviare to that of human eyeballs. Unfortunately there is a very good chance they are poisonous, but as I cannot seem to find anything about these things on Wikipedia, I'm not sure about this.

But I feel sick.

I only ate a handful. Well, a literal handful.
