      If you think a particular line is repeated too much, go ahead and change it to something new, fresh, and funny.

Grow up.  Not everyone has a 27 inch monitor and enjoys double-scrolling through a bunch of bossy silliness which can be quite tedious on a 27 inch.  Did it ever occur to you that people were trying to make it easier for newcomers to contribute? Preferably newcomers with three footers! ;)

Easier? We don't want newcomers if they don't understand how this stuff works! I'm making it easier for them by making sure
                      they know the rules! And the size of your monitor is completely irrelevant.



Just know that the reason it's repeated is since many people see "Rules" and immediately start hammering their mouses' scroll 
                             wheels rather than reading things, so this way you can't miss it. 








Honestly, you're better off editing the anniversaries. If they were at a decent length, we wouldn't have such an issue with
                                                 slackers who don't purge.
