Uncyclopedia:UncyclOS

UncyclOS is an operating system that was created by JJPMaster that is described by them as the "Uncyclopedia official operating system". In reality, no one approves of it, and only JJP has ever used it, and only JJP and Cassie have even heard of it, so it's not really official. It is not to be confused with Uncyclux, which has been canceled because JJP has no idea how to program in C and as such cannot compile the Linux kernel, and they also have no idea how to remove the so-called "non-free blobs" from the aforementioned kernel.

Where can I get it?[edit source]

  1. If you mean the source code, it can be found here.
  2. If you mean the OS being available for download, an ISO can be found here. You can use my favorite free and open-source hypervisor to run it, or use an equally good proprietary one. If you want to install it on your main computer, please don't.

How did JJP make it?[edit source]

The bulk of the operating system is written in C#, because that's the only actually good language I know how to write in. It uses Cosmos, a library for creating operating systems within .NET. The OS was forked from PurpleMoon OS; credit is given on the GitHub thing.
