I'm sure this is one of the funniest pictures on Uncyclopedia, but I don't know what "Fobs" are, so I can't figure out what I'm supposed to be laughing at. Could someone enlighten me? Thanks.

Immigrants are nicknamed "Fresh Outta Boat"s, although they come from the backs of airplanes. Children shouldn't be afraid of people different from them, due to nationality, skin color and religion.
