I am having a tough time with keeping my humor alive so after reaching a peak of six bicycles stolen by "darkies" or also known as "ragoonas" since the begining of the year 2011 I have concluded that the increase is due to a couple blocks away a black episcaplean church is allowing a black homeless camp sleep outside to roam the neighborhood at all hours of the night.
