Orangutans, the outcast of the monkey world as a result of their resemblance to hairy coconuts, are closest of the monkey species to mastering flight. Orangtuans have also been pioneers in the fashion industry, and the influence of orangutans on modern fashion is still seen today.
Early Fashion History[edit | edit source]
It is a known fact that Orangutan clan leader Ook-ook M'Bak singlehandedly founded the orangutanian fashion industry. Ook-ook began his beauty empire with the creation of the first Orangutanning Salon. The business quickly spread to the far corners of the earth. Ook-ook was later murdered by Meryl Streep, and at this point, Ook-ook's brother, Frederick Hairy Bits took over the family business. However, it was soon discovered that Ook-ook never had a brother, and that Mr. Hairy Bits was indeed a three-day old German-imported sausage.
