This user, Andyyeung12345678, is a genuine Puppet Master.
This person has done (assumedly) bad things to Uncyclopedia under approximately 3 – 3000 pseudonyms.
A troll(?) obsessed with the word "identifier", especially "funny identifier", "wiki identifier", and "unique identifier" (they are also interested in aspects of Miraheze, Wikipedia, and other sites that they have targeted vandalizing - see, e.g.: [1], [2], [3]). They persistently mess up the categories on pages (or sometimes create new pages, or, in rarer cases, directly edit article text) to add something related to the "identifiers" they like. When warned about it, they will usually (though not always) vandalize the user pages of whoever warned them, edit/mangle/delete the warnings received, and eventually evade their block. They are known to have done the same thing on Wikipedia, and possibly Miraheze. There is currently no need to tag the socks, as this is not an advanced sockpuppeteer, and so far everybody can easily identify them as a sock, therefore tagging is unnecessary and may in fact be counter-productive by giving them attention or recognition.
