Complete restructuring of page; each box is now a subpage to make editing, previewing, and isolating problems easier when the main page is too slow to load
Added "see more" boxes to optionally show five more results for each box
Change in visual style (fewer lines, more obvious box barriers, spaced out each box slightly more)
Added active talk box for all namespaces except User_talk (DPL, manually coded forum)
Known issues: DPL forums do not recognize minrevisions as parameter; manually coded DPL forums do but the result takes too long to calculate, rendering the page unloadable

Attempted bugfixes:
- Added minrevisions=2 to "user talk" box
Bugfixes:
- Forced second column of all DPL forums to a width of 200 pixels, thus stopping the tables from breaking when pagenames are beyond a certain length. May still cause trouble for excessively long usernames because users are assholes.

Neaten up code with clear divisions between sections
Changed the following DPL-based statistics to magic word {{PAGESINCATEGORY}} statistics:
- ICU'd articles
- Articles under construction
- Statistics in "rewrites" box, though rewrites themselves still shown via DPL
Change font to 9pt
Broke statistics into two categories, "articles" and "users"
Added statistics:
- Featured articles (magic word)
- Pee Reviews (magic word)
- Edits (magic word)
- Active users (magic word)
- Admins (magic word)
- Active admins (DPL; using UN:AA as guide)
- Total forums (uses new template {{totalforums}}, which uses magic words to calculate)
- Active forums (uses {{totalforums}} and magic word)
Known issues:
- Any variables used on the page will impact the pages displayed via DPL forums
- A long page name will muck up the formatting in any of the sections run by DPL forums
