Usage:
{{subst:Uw-generic4}}{{subst:Uw-generic4|article}}references a specific article{{subst:Uw-generic4|article|additional text}}adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thanks" or "Thank you"
{{subst:Uw-generic4|article|additional text|reason=}} changes "disrupt Uncyclopedia" to the entered text
- It is strongly encouraged to use a tool like Ultraviolet or RedWarn when leaving user warnings, to ensure that the most relevant and appropriate template is used.
