Usage
To synchronize a sandbox with its parent template, replace all the code on the sandbox page with {{subst:^|

}}{{subst:msgnw:Template:DOC}} or {{subst:msgnw:../}}, give an edit summary like "Copy from (link to parent template name)", and save.
