Despite its simple appearance, there's a lot of parameters in this template.

 |1=The text used.
 |bgcolor=The color of the template. Defaults to FFCC00.
 |outlinecolor=The color of the outline. Defaults to D1A700.
 |image=The image. Defaults to Cnorris.png
 |title=The title of the template. Defaults to "CHUCK NORRIS HAS SOMETHING TO SAY:".
 |padding=The padding of the template. Basically, how round it is. Defaults to 1.
