For making blinking text, like the days of old.
Usage
{{Blink|I ate way too many beans last night!}} will produce this: I ate way too many beans last night!
If your text contains an equal (=) sign, you will need to call the {{{1}}} or {{{text}}} parameter directly.
{{Blink|text=8====D }} will produce this: 8====D
