Usage

For pages that don't want all that Uncyclopedia wiki stuff getting in the way of their haute works of online art. Use this on pages hidden in a subpage or an offset.
I know this thing is easily exploitable to superblank pages but anyone could just use the css parser thing to do that anyway so who cares.
That being said: If you use this template dumb you will get double banned.
Note
For pages using this template, there is an admin-only visible icon on the top right which (by default) acts as a link to the edit page.
