Template to make the Category:Top 10 templates used for top 10 articles each year.

Here is the example markup for the {{Top 10 2021}} template:

All parameters

• year – year for template, i.e. 2021.
• image – image for the utility box and indicator, almost always a custom ninjastar of some kind.
• logo – stamp logo labeling the article as a top 10, there's a new one ever year!
• logow – logo width
• logom – logo margin, used to fine tune placement
• logoclass – custom class for logo
• rotate – rotates logo, accepts values like -14deg
