Parameters
year– year for template, i.e. 2021.image– image for the utility box and indicator, almost always a custom ninjastar of some kind.logo– stamp logo labeling the article as a top 10, there's a new one ever year!logow– logo widthlogom– logo margin, used to fine tune placement
