Anyone mind deleting this for me? I've got a different version of this picture I wanna use.

I also get the strange sense that what I'm doing is pissing off someone who has to deal with something I'm fucking up.

• Just upload the new one with the same name as the old one. It'll warn you that it's putting it right over top of the previous version ("Are you sure? blah blah blah...") say 'yes' and the old image is replaced by the new one in any articles that use it. --Carlb 17:27, 15 May 2005 (EDT)

• I'm pretty sure I did that and it didn't update the image. Of course there's a good chance I did something wrong, but either way I just uploaded the new one under RGWS2.jpg, so RGWS.jpg can be deleted. I've noticed that it sometimes seems to take a bit of time for the image to be updated. After you upload the new image under the old name, give it a minute and then reload the image page and see if it updates. --Rcmurphy 17:56, 15 May 2005 (EDT)

• • Any chance that your web browser is keeping the old version cached away somewhere? Right-click on the picture, "view image" (so that just the image without the article or description page is visible) and then hit "refresh" or "reload" - the problem may go away. --Carlb 18:24, 15 May 2005 (EDT)
