It seems like you have some good ideas here, but the prose seems a bit disorganized, which takes away from the humor. Also, it seemed a bit too serious. Try going through and removing some of the "serious" statistics sentences that bog the article down. Also, perhaps draw more parallels between rising water prices and rising gas prices...perhaps something about illegal water syphoning? |
