For templates, {{Spork}} should ONLY be added to the documentation subpage (i.e. Template:Example/doc)
Spork is a term for taking bogus articles from bogus sites such as Wikipedia, placing them on Uncyclopedia, and fixing them up. We use "Spork" rather than "Fork" because we're so unique and cool and special. Did I mention we're unique?
Usage
Full sporks
You can specify the source of your sporked content using the {{Spork}} template.
{{Spork|Some site}}
will generate the following message box:

You can also include an interwiki link, for convenient attribution.

Partial sporks
You can use the {{Partialspork}} template for content which was partially sporked.

Interwiki map
