The Saint Louis Cardinals is a religious group founded in 1900 to combat the disgusting mess that had become of the city of St. Louis. Sin and blasphemy could be found around every corner in the streets. Whores, drug and alcohol trafficking were a large portion of the daily life of resident of St. Louis. Since the arrival of the cardinals; whores, drug and alcohol trafficking has become but a minor hobby, rather than a way to make a living, among residents.
