You have an interesting idea here, writing from first person. However, zombies? That's not a new trick. The intro leaves me, the reader, cold and saying "not tonight" over and over again, while you huff and puff on your side of the bed.
Um, okay. There's a line between a goofy story and an article actually trying to tell a story. When you actually try to tell a story about zombie hamsters, that's really hard to make hilarious unless there are stereotypes involved.
