Causing spontaneous, unstoppable wildfires across France, Spain, Portugal, Scotland, and extreme droughts across Wales and Northern England, Mr. Blobby has resurfaced once again to wreak havoc in the European continent. He is also believed to be the devastating cause of the fires in Canada.

An international manhunt has been launched to try and suspend the activities of the deranged polka-dot menace.
