This is a female to male transsexual who still has his/her female reproductive organs. Basically, s/he is an anti-shemale. S/he is currently 5 months pregnant in this pic with a girl (or possibly a boy or just happens to have a vagina, who knows). Despite being a man in his/her home state of Oregon, s/he is would be classified as a woman in several jurisdictions. Therefore, this may or may not be a picture of a naked girl, depending on where you live.
