Cat Mario is the unofficial nickname for the fan game Syobon Action, which is a ripoff of an excellent game inspired by Super Mario Bros. The game is extremely hard that only 0.1 people have beaten it.

The game was made in 2007 when Chiku, one of the many idiotic beings on this planet called humans, saw a game called "The Big Adventure Of Owata" and decided to rip it off. He spent three days of work on one single level, which he showed at his college campus. He then uploaded the gameplay online and the video gained 1000 views. Everyone thought it was so bad it was so good so he made 3 more levels in 2 weeks.

The popularity of Cat Mario when it came out was because of many gameplay videos of it; that is, someone playing the game, losing it and destroying their computer in extreme rage.

As the game went viral, several ports of it were made, including this web version played by some idiots who don’t know it’s not the original.
