Punk rock bands[edit source]

Hey, I undid a redirect you did a few years back, and wanted to give you a heads up. You had redirected Category:Punk Rock Bands to Category:Bands. Hotcat was still treating them like two different categories, so for my Belorussian punk rock band, which is bitching by the way had categories band and punk rock band which I thought was weird. Before I looked to see who did it, I asked on irc why someone would. There was no clear reason, but am sure you have one.

I did what I thought was the right thing to do, and made Punk Rock bands a subcat of bands and undid the redirect. If that undoes some master plan, or perhaps simple folly of yours, of course, this being a wiki, you can undo my undo. But for the life of me I cannot figure out what that would do.
