Hey - Uncyclopedia has been flooded with Ballmer and Kanye quotes lately. Since everyone seems to like them so much, we've added them to Template:Killquote along with some other "I don't care/kill it" sort of quotes, so that our pages have some variety. If it makes real sense, and is a really, truly funny place for a Ballmer or Kanye quote, go ahead and add it. If you just want a generic "this needs to die" quote, please use Killquote instead, as it randomizes the quotes so our pages have some variety.
