H.264?! What kind of name is that?
The name "H.264" is a project identification code used internally by ITU-T. Like "Area 51" and "District 9", it has no meaning whatsoever.

H.264 surveillance software[edit | edit source]

Cryptography researchers only recently discovered the H.264 spyware, which takes advantage of the popularity of the H.264 video codec. Certain (top secret!) patterns of bytes in a video file trigger surveillance mechanisms embedded in the codec, such as recording the user's sexual activity. ITU-T has denied the existence of these instructions in H.264 and insists that they were created independently.

Some Blu-ray players are able to grow legs and move by themselves. A walking Blu-ray player that took upskirt photos of girls and sent them to the National Security Agency was responsible for the irresponsibility of government employees which was responsible for 9-11.
