A trip thru chaos is a trip through new sections of the brain.   1. Maybe it was for lack of looking, but I really can't figure out why we actually keep these archives. I could, however, find a reason why not to... they have this tendency to accumulate categories and templates that they really shouldn't be in or have, ones, for instance, that mess up DPL such as the feature system... these should not be showing up as featured articles, and yet some of them do. Now, we could just removed those and all other offending templates and categories, but what, I ask of you, would be the point, when as a whole they have no redeeming value in the first place.           • Most of the time the other categories are "not Safe For Work", which often applies. As for the odd random miscategorization, well if you think vandalism/example on wheels is a U.S. President or a type of candy and you click on the link in the category page you deserve what you get an learn a valuable lesson in not being stupid. If you're using categories to systematically check out every article in that category... why? If you still have problems with miscategorization on any particular page please tell me what the problem is and I will rectify it. For example if you see a page with the category "Nazis" and don't believe it's and appropriate categorization I WILL FUCKING ADD NAZIS UNTIL NAZI CONTENT IS ADEQUATE! --Count of Monkey Crisco 07:26, May 28, 2011 (UTC)

  • Six established users want these keeped, two of us with strong keeps. It's my understanding that one of the new "rules" is a five established users rule, the five eu trump hundreds of "deletes".   3. When I first saw this page I thought it was one of those meta-ish pages that tries and fails to be funny. Well, this page just has a kind of echo of what tried to be funny but got swept under the rug. The closest thing to jokes now is the unfunny headings. The rest, well, it's serious but you can't take it seriously because it's so poorly written and formatted. I looked at the page, didn't read much, read a line of two going down, schrooled onto the song lyrics which had some good ones and bad ones in a quick read, so I came to one I know the words to "Piano Man", and told myself "I'll judge the whole page on 'Piano Man'. Read it, and WOW. The lyrics are either amazing poetry metaphor and at some points genius, or I'm too high to know crap when I see it. I'm gonna copy those lyrics and put them on my catch-all page.   1. OK, this nom has a large back story. It all started a while ago when I came across this. It was an article about the Monster House film and, as you can see, it sucked. I took it upon myself to rewrite it immediately and soon turned it into this, the present day version. Later, I decided to check out the article history. Turns out that the article was made by a Mr Goodbar who's last edit is dated 17th August 2007 - just 12 days after his first. The only edit on his contributions list outside of Monster House was something called Never Talk to Strangers. Never Talk to Strangers was created two months before Monster House by someone named ?. ? stopped editing on the 30th of June, 2007. Putting aside the suspicious connection between ? and Mr Goodbar, it seems that the old Monster House is mainly a copycat of Never Talk to Strangers. Both the articles have Mr Bean as the movie producer, have a similar shitty MSPaint-made poster (ask Lyrithya, he/she deleted one of them!), etc. Since I don't have the time or money to fix up Never Talk to Strangers, I have realised that its true home is here.--EpicAwesomeness (talk) 13:20, May 21, 2011 (UTC)
