Now, I do realize, water is a bitch (to photoshop...). Oh. There's also the matter of the joke. Which didn't make me laugh. Not exactly the most watery looking water I do admit, but water nonetheless. Not that I'm complaining about the vote or anything. My major qualm is not with the blue in and of itself, but with the fact that the blue is the only watery-looking-bit. Things under water look...different. Not only about ZB, as I've addressed in the past that his votes are as sincere as anybody's on this page, but about VFP in general. I've noticed you tend to be an idiot on this page. Not in the truest sense of the word, but I almost have flashbacks of Manforman when I find myself reading your text. (You may not know who that is, but you're better off never having met him, trust me.) Now, I'm in no way trying to suck up to Zombiebaron, as it seems I've been defending him a lot lately. In fact, this whole "RAHB defending ZB" thing probably looks pretty damned gay. But I can't stand to see an innocent person get senselessly chastised by those who prefer to be lenient with their decisions of quality, and therefore find his own decisions to be misguided. Zombiebaron's against reasons for this nomination are 100% valid, and I perfectly understand why he voted the way he did. The fact he pointed out has even begun making me a little uneasy about the image. I've had several thoughts about touching it up some more, thanks to his constructive criticism. I still might touch it up some more. But on the topic of constructive criticism, ZB is the best person for it I've seen on this site (though I don't meticulously scour the pee review myself, so I'm sure there are others around who are great at it). When day in and day out, people vote against images with no feedback, or with a stupid reason, Zombiebaron gives valid, constructive vote reasons. That's right, they're not only valid, but he often gives suggestions for improvement, provided the image was an actual sincere attempt. Look. I like to be funny on this site. I like to walk (metaphorically speaking) around and leave sarcastic comments, praise good works, participate in a bit of joke voting every now and then, and write funny articles every here and there. But I also can't just step back when honest people are getting attacked by idiots who have no sense for what the whole community aspect of this site is all about, and for how important guys like Zombiebaron are to our continued stability. You can start complaining about ZB's voting when you write me a five page essay about why my image should be featured, to be on my desk by tomorrow morning, with no spelling or grammar mistakes.
