The overall concept is a good comedic idea and could spawn something incredibly funny. But, as Hyperbole said, there is a lot of setup, leading up to a small punchline. I really do like the punchline once the article gets around to it, but in order to properly advance the article along, there's got to be some more laughs along the way. Nothing that will detract from the final concept, but chuckles that keep the reader interested, rather than just copy-pasting thoughts about solving world issues. Make the other passages funny, and not just ironic overall. This article can be extremely good, if some more effort is put into it, and I wouldn't object to it being featured now, which is why I'm abstaining (though it doesn't look like it will be), but I'd particularly like to see this article improved upon to get it to a featurable state.
