Vogons, a bunch of mindless jerks who will be the firt against the wall when the revolution comes. And i know its not the ppl it was used with in the book, but its a funny quote.
I found the article somewhat humorous, but the inclusion of a picture from the Hitchhiker's Guide movie was a bad idea, as the movie was a horrendous piece of crap.
