UnNews talk:Mexican president lays out agenda for US

Sorry--biased! But the sight of a president visiting a legislature of a foreign country to criticize its border policy--which is much more gentle to Mexicans than Mexico's own treatment of invaders from its own south--and the US President's use of Calderón as a prop to achieve a victory on domestic legislation, is inherently ridiculous. So I'm ridiculing it; hoping to stretch it to additional current topics of interest to Mexicans, and illustrate the dangers of such a speech (apart from the fact that no one here elected him): the likelihood that the man will not know what he's talking about.

As usual, I try to give the article some token balance by reserving the cruelest cut of all for the out-of-power party in the final sentence: No one knows you are there. Spıke ¬ 15:47 24-May-10
