Barack Obama warmly receives the applause of others.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Although Democrats and Republicans have often found no common ground, tonight we have had a breakthrough on bipartisanship. The Republicans and Democrats have agreed upon one thing, and that thing is that applause make everything better, even when the president is trying to talk and get you to shut up.

During the recent State of the Union address, Current President of the USA Barack Obama was greeted after every sentence, and in between some, with a round of rousing applause by both the Democrats and the Republicans.

When asked to comment, someone stated this quote. "I am very happeh to see dat our leaders have come together on dis very impotent cause or clapping, it truly warms mah heart." We do not know if he was too delighted to speak proper English or if he was merely unable to speak due to his obviously very complicated thoughts after the speech.
