A Prestigious University, Somewhere: Despite some earlier claims from some of the more controversial elements within the scientific community all evidence points to substantial benefits of working harder and regular vigorous exercise said leading Work-Life expert Orthon P Xtoh. Xtoh, author of the Bestselling "Self Realisation Through Hard Graft" and "Work! 100 Reasons Why It's Good For You!" stated that evidence to the contrary of the claims can be seen throughout our society, the physical, mental, emotional and sexual benefits aside.

Hard work is, he stated, a major contributor to the reduction in health issues faced within the modern world, pointing out the links between the longevity of individuals and the lower deathrate, particularly amongst the succulent suckling infants. "Essentially we have demonstrated that if you want to live healthy, productive lives you should be working a minimum of 12 hours a day of hard, physical labour, the facts speak for themselves, you will feel better, live longer and improve your life considerably," reiterated Xtoh.
