Just for consideration, I haven't written a full article (mainly because there is already one here) but I had a thought for an alternative theme for this article, a brief introduction follows...
The Organization of Potentially Extremist Countries (OPEC) is a cartel of 12 countries made up of Afghanistan, Durkadurkastan, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The Organisation’s aim is to safeguard its interests both material and spiritual.

OPEC was first created by a small group of terrorists and dictators with a common goal of stabilising hostage prices and striking fear into the hearts of infidels. The 5 founding counties (Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates) established OPEC in 1960 and have been inviting counties with a shared attributes including (although not exclusively) Large amounts of oil, excessive amounts of sand, mental deficiency, the capacity for religious extremism and a fierce resentment for personal hygiene in any form and an underlying aspiration for world domination.
