I'd change the "consulars" to quaestors, which doesn't sound as much like consuls... makes the roman schitck work a little better.

Humour:	6	It's overall giggling but has no big puns.
Concept:	7	As an ironic manifesto against seal killing, it passes okay. But it's somewhat radom when, for instance, it states that "babe seal are reptiles".
Prose and formatting:	6.5	Rather ironic and irony is always good. But maybe you could add a little shock and malice with some practical or detailed examples of the "evilness" of the seals.
Images:	4.5	Creatures from pure evil surely deserve some medieval-like pics. Maybe some fake gore to show a "victim" or something.
Miscellaneous:	5	Add more "historical ocurrences". You have to prove the evilness of the baby seal.
Final Score:	29	In its current state, it's a giggle-not-laugh. Remembers me very much of Monthy Python's killer rabbit.
