  • Do you mean "the writer" as in yourself, speaking in the third person, "the writer" as a semiotic term, essentially stating your opinion that writing is a homosexual pastime, and that you are indeed therefore a homosexual, or "the writer" meaning a specific person, probably well-known, the identity of whom you have received legal advice not to divulge?
