HowTo talk:Be a scientist

I've gotta ask, does *anyone* other than the author get what this article is about? I've been trying to figure it out for awhile now and I've nfi as to what they're on about. To me it just seems like a bunch of random nonsense and/or inside jokes. Either way I fail to see how this article meets standards. If I'm mistaken and this article is indeed understood by more than one clique of people then please explain.
