This idea has been proposed many many times. The main factor that keeps it from ever becoming a reality is the fact that we all live in different countries and are mostly too poor to travel. However, I still remain in support of the idea. -- The Zombiebaron 21:03, April 26, 2011 (UTC)

There've been a couple...

The two last ones to have taken place here in Britain were a couple of years ago (myself, Olipro, MrN9K, Codeine, Sannse) and a month ago (myself, Codeine, Mordillo). It's easier for us due to Britain being a fairly small place and at the time we were all in the southern part of the country. US meet-ups are trickier simply because it's a bloody big nation, though I believe a few small events have taken place though usually attended by just two or three people. International versions are logistically virtually impossible. That's the beauty of the Net, I suppose - meeting and forming friendships with people you would otherwise never have known existed.
