This is likely transformative use. The Flickr photo intended to show signal flare training, but this intends to show drowning in sun. Also, it is a parody.

This is an edited, copydown image with pixels from various/ambiguous sources.

The edits to this image are hereby released of any copyright by the uploader. However, the individual pixels may be a copyright violation. Use for any purpose at your own risk, I care not, since Uncyclopedia has a fair use policy!

This image is copywronged. The looser who uploaded this work and first used it in an article, and subsequent persons who place it into articles assert that this qualifies as unfair use of the material under United Statues copywrong låw, because it is used for satire and criticism, or something similar. It is not fair to use this image for your own wallpaper, screensaver, or toilet paper production – unless explicitly granted by the President of the United Kingdom of Amerika or your mom. Purpose	Changed heavily so that the water looks like part of the sun, and that the solar flare is a different color, giving the impression that the astronaut is drowning in the sun and setting off a distinct solar flare that would stand out from the sun. The reason that this is done is because the article section that it is used in is a joke about astronauts drowning in the sun, and this image provides a high-quality graphic representation of this.
Replaceability	There does not seem to be any similar free content depicting the same purpose as this. The original photo, while licensed to some extent as free content, forbids derivatives - therefore, it will be treated as any other copyrighted work, where we are establishing that the license is irrelevant due to fair use.
