Chocolate City

Chocolate City is the name suggested by Mayor Wonka for a proposed city where New Orleans once was. The plans call for the entire city to be rebuilt entirely out of chocolate or chocolate by-products. The mayor has said, "I don't care what people are saying Uptown or wherever they are. This city will be chocolate at the end of the day."

The proposed statue of Chocolate New Orleans the Wonka corporation have promised to donate if their proposition is found favorable.

Original Recipe

In articulating his grand vision for Chocolate City, Mayor Wonka cryptically revealed the secret formula he devloped with space explorer and 42nd (and 1/2) president of the United States, George Clinton. "How do you make chocolate? You take dark chocolate, you mix it with white milk, and it becomes a delicious drink. That is the chocolate I am talking about."

New corporate sponsorship for the SuperDome

In early 2006, William Shatner auctioned his kidney stone on eBay to raise money for Habitat for Humanity's efforts to rebuild damaged homes along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, raising $67 trillion (with 5 trillion for a new hair piece). [1] This then permitted Congress to withdraw its previous allocation for funding of levees and reconstuction in that exact amount. Congress then quickly spent the money on the two hookers left in New Orleans who didn't drown.
